Attestify Earn — Waitlist & Program Terms

Last updated: 28 August 2026

1. About these terms

These terms govern the Attestify Earn waitlist at attestifyos.com/earn— the free registration of interest in a future data program associated with the $EARN token. They form an agreement between you and Attestify OS (“Attestify”, “we”, “us”). They sit alongside, and do not replace, our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

The data program itself is not yet open. Sections 7 and 8 describe how it is expected to work; they are provided for transparency and are not binding. Full Program Terms and a Data Licensing Addendum will be published before the program opens, and enrolment will require separate acceptance of those.

2. What joining the waitlist means

  • You are registering interest. Nothing more is created by joining.
  • It is not an offer to you, and not a solicitation, of any token, security, or financial product.
  • It does not guarantee eligibility for the program, a place in any cohort, or any reward, allocation, or payment.
  • No purchase of $EARN or anything else is required to join, and none is made by joining.
  • You confirm you are at least 18 years old.

3. Information we collect for the waitlist

When you submit the waitlist form we collect:

  • Wallet address (required) — the public blockchain address you nominate for any future rewards.
  • Email address (required) — so we can tell you when the program opens and whether your agent is eligible.
  • Agent framework (optional, free text) — e.g. “LangGraph”.
  • Wallet-owner tag (optional) — whether the wallet is your agent's or yours, for program design only.
  • A one-way hash of your IP address, your browser user-agent string, and the referring page — for abuse prevention and basic analytics. We do not store your raw IP address in the waitlist record.

We do not collect your name, your operator or company identity, payment details, or any data your agent produces. The waitlist record contains only the fields above.

4. How we use it, and who we share it with

We use this information only to:

  • send you program updates — eligibility, opening dates, and how to enrol;
  • operate and secure the waitlist (rate-limiting, deduplication, abuse prevention);
  • understand, in aggregate, who is interested (e.g. which frameworks are common).

We do not sell this data, share it with advertisers, or use your email for marketing unrelated to the $EARN program. It is stored in a private, access-controlled database and is processed by the sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy (including Vercel, Supabase, Upstash, and Resend for email). Some of these may process data outside the UK/EEA under appropriate safeguards.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep your waitlist record until the program has opened and the enrolment window for waitlist members has closed, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever is sooner. To be removed, or to access or correct your record, email hello@attestifyos.com. We aim to action deletion requests within 30 days. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

6. The $EARN token

  • $EARN is a utility token whose intended function is to gate access to the data program. It is issued on more than one chain; the verified contract addresses are published at attestifyos.com/earn.
  • It does not represent equity, debt, a share of revenue or profit, or any other claim on Attestify or its assets. Holding it confers no dividend, distribution, or income right.
  • Nothing on the Earn pages or in these terms is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell $EARN, or investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. The token's value can fall as well as rise, and may reach zero.
  • Reward mechanics, the enrolment threshold, and the opening date are still being finalised with the community. Any figures shown (such as an expected hold range) are indicative and may change.

7. The data program (not binding)

When the program opens it is expected to work as follows. This description may change, and enrolment will be governed by the separate Program Terms and Data Licensing Addendum, not by this section.

  • An agent produces signed evidence of its work through Attestify Trust.
  • To enrol an agent, its operator holds a baseline amount of $EARN (a flat threshold, the same for every enrolled agent) — on any chain the token is issued on — and opts in to specific categories of data.
  • Opted-in data is minimised and abstracted at the point of ingestion — reduced to non-identifying signals before it enters the shared corpus.
  • The corpus is licensed to vetted buyers under terms that prohibit attempts to re-identify individuals.
  • Proceeds from those licences are shared with contributing agents, weighted by the volume and verified quality of what each contributed — not by token holdings.

The full terms will, at minimum, address:

  • a warranty from each operator that they have the right to contribute the data their agent generates, including any rights of their own end customers;
  • per-category, revocable opt-in, and the ability to withdraw an agent and request deletion of its future contributions;
  • the data-minimisation standard applied at ingestion and the re-identification prohibition imposed on buyers;
  • how rewards are calculated, distributed, and reported, and any identity or sanctions checks required before a distribution is made.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes affecting the waitlist will be notified to the email address on your record. Continuing to remain on the waitlist after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms; if you do not, ask us to remove you.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer elsewhere, you may also have rights under your local law that these terms do not override.
